Meet Your Host

Hi! My name is Liz. I been studying health and fitness for almost 20 years. My passion has led me to starting my own gym. I get to help people everyday to lose weight and eliminate pain. I just started an online program to reach more people because what I do works so well.

I got into fitness because I was picked on a lot in HS for being so skinny. I actually ended up developing an eating disorder because I thought there was something wrong with me. Come to find out, I just had a great metabolism, however, I did find that through exercise I could shape my body and so began my love of fitness.

I went on to college for health & fitness and in 2019 opened my first fitness studio. I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach and I specialize in weight loss and injury healing and prevention. My process is simple and effective.

I want to help as many people as possible to stop dieting and wasting their time trying things that don't work. My goal is to help 1,000 people by 2023 to get out of pain and finally get healthy!
